This triple workout is a burner that'll work all your muscles in a short amount of time. Even though each workout is only five minutes long, find a pace you could sustain if you had to do each workout for 10+ minutes. Then in that final 30-60 seconds of each five minutes, hit the throttle and go the fastest you've gone in that entire five minutes.
