10 Minute HIIT Home Workout – NTX Go

This workout comes straight from our NTX Go program. It only has two movements, plenty of rest, and takes less than 10 minutes, but it will get your heart rate up and help develop your aerobic engine (basically what makes you move faster and further without feeling tired).

Workout

5 Rounds on a 2 min clock

25 Jumping Jacks

15 No Push-Up Burpees

Every 2 minutes you’ll do 25 jumping jacks and 15 burpees without the push-up. This is a small amount of work and you get plenty of rest between rounds so the key to making this workout effective is moving as fast as possible.

If you can’t jump then just take steps one leg at a time. If you can’t go all the way to the floor then use a bench or counter. Rest the remainder of the time.

In the 5th round, hold a plank position until the end of the round.
