Coach Notes

This workout is all about beating the clock. Find a number of push-ups and air squats you can do in the about 30-45 seconds in the first few rounds. That may be 9/12, 3/6, or something else. As the workout progresses and you get more tired, your goal is to do the same number of reps within each minute.
