12/12/12/12, 14/14/14/14, keep adding 2 reps each round until 18 minute mark.

Coach Notes

For today's workout we're going to cycle through four different movements, however each time we go back to the beginning we add two more reps. So we start with 10 reps of everything, then 12, then 14, etc. For thrusters, grab a broomstick, water bottles, some dumbbells - anything with mass.
