Marinated Kale Salad
- 8 cups kale
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Wash kale and dry. Cut the spine off by slicing down on either side of it. Rip kale into bite-size pieces and transfer to a glass container. Alternatively get bags of pre cut and washed kale.
- Pour lemon juice, olive oil, and salt over the greens, and massage in well. Cover and place in fridge overnight.
