Coach Notes

We've got a fun interval workout today. The faster you get through the movements, the more rest you have. The recovery time is also when our body gets fitter, so it's as equally important as the workout itself.

Aim to finish in 60-90 seconds. If you are not yet able to do a full push-up, don't worry about the push-up variations and just work on pushing up from a challenging height.
