Smoky Wings

A great and healthy way to have your favorite game night food. The smoky spice blend you’ll learn how to make can work on all sorts of proteins for some great flavor.

  • 12 wing chicken wings (thighs work too)
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, bacon fat, or palm oil (melted)
  • 5 tbsp Smoky Spice Blend (see the recipe)

Smoky Spice Blend

  • 1 tbsp chipotle powder
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1/ 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Sea Salt
  • 1/ 2 tbsp Black Pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Make the Smoky Spice Blend.
  3. Toss wings in coconut oil and Smoky Spice Blend.
  4. Place the chicken in an oven-safe dish, and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until the it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
