Crispy Kale Chips
Add a little crunch to your favorite superfood.
- 2 large bunches kale (torn into 2-inch chunks)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Salt
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line 1-2 rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Rinse the kale well then pat dry with paper towels. Alternatively you can buy a bag of pre-cut and washed kale.
- Toss the kale with olive oil and salt then spread on the baking sheets.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until crisp and dry.
