Ginger Garlic Shrimp
Shrimp is a great goto protein. This quick and easy recipe combines a great blend of garlic and ginger for some yummy seafood.
- 1 pound raw shrimp (deveined, peeled )
- 1½ tbsp minced ginger
- 2 cloves garlic (large)
- 1 tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 2 tbsp chicken broth or water
- Place all ingredients in a large saute pan over medium heat. Cook shrimp for 5 minutes, or until the undersides are pink.
- Flip over and cook another 4 minutes or until shrimp is fully cooked through.
