Ginger Garlic Shrimp

Shrimp is a great goto protein. This quick and easy recipe combines a great blend of garlic and ginger for some yummy seafood.

  • 1 pound raw shrimp (deveined, peeled )
  • 1½ tbsp minced ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic (large)
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Aminos
  • 2 tbsp chicken broth or water
  1. Place all ingredients in a large saute pan over medium heat. Cook shrimp for 5 minutes, or until the undersides are pink.
  2. Flip over and cook another 4 minutes or until shrimp is fully cooked through.
