Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Grapes
The grapes add a little sweetness to the usually bitter brussels sprouts.
- 4 cups brussels sprouts (About 2 small bags)
- 2 cups seedless black grapes
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (or spray)
- Mix up the brussels sprouts and grapes in a roasting pan and coat them with coconut oil.
- Bake at 400ºF for about 25 minutes, until the sprouts start to turn brown.
